Yes and it looks like it wont happen. Its very possible it could but as of right now its not happening. Floyds 1 demand (which was there from day 1) is good for the sport. There is no arguing that. Manny had several demands that were accepted. How are changes made if noone can be first to implement it? Do you not agree this would be a good thing?
