Honestly, Even if PAc takes the tests he still Will be viewed as a fighter that was hiding something.
That is my opinion.
I believe he will always be remembered as the guy who avoided the testing...and forget about the fact if he loses big against Floyd.
People will say the testing did not allow him to get the edge he needed.
I think Pac should have accepted the initial test because now he will always have a cloud over his head.
He will only be a "god" in one country...everyone else will use deductive reasoning and unbiased judgment and lets face it the world is bigger than the Phillipines.
By the way, I'm not against OST testing if the NSAC would implement it I think it would help the sport instead of hindering it.
However, I don't think it should be implemented based on the assumption of just one fighter...
ONLY ONE WOMAN.
Yeah and Rosa Parks should have never helped the civil rights movement.
Because all the other blacks were in the back of the bus she should have got to the back too.
With your reasoning, If one stands up for what is right it should not go against the rules or law even if the rules or law is wrong...dumb:killyou:
My point in stating that is you seem to single him out "ONLY BECAUSE" of the test.
How many test has Manny failed prior to this being mention that would even warrant this???
Manny failed the same amount of tests Shane Mosley did...ZERO.
But we all know Shane was on something.
Which shows EXACTLY THE POINT FLOYD IS PROVING AND MAKING.
THe current testing is weak as hell and gives some fighters adavantages over others.
And you think Manny should based on what? Because another fighter says so?
Just curious, if Floyd decides to fight Sergio Martinez and Sergio declines OST testing does that make him suspect too only because Floyd says so?
I highley doubt the sergio martinez fight ever comes off... Sergio is just to big for him in my opinion. Furthermore, I think almost every other fighter in the sport would take the test just beacuse of the huge payday. Also now there is a precedent for these tests after this fight which Manny and his team can study. Manny probably doesnt want to do the tests because he doesnt want to give in to Mayweathers demands and he knows he can go on and make other big money fights...

the same amount the shane has fail none
pac will always be questioned. some will say hes not clean and others will say he was scared of floyd but no matter the reason he lied those lies have been exposed.

tbh, i dont think manny cares about this fight anymore financially, maybe for his legacy and countrymen's sake, he would do it but no way he would bent in floyds commission. he has enough moolah to last him 12x his lifetime, his assets and wealth in philippines are the proof. and besides i read on his interview hes been thinking/pursuing about this political ambition since the first barrera fight so suffice to say serving his countymen is what hes always been wanting to do.
Mosley didnt test positive for PED. We only knew he was on them because of the grand jury testomny. I dont think Pacman is on anything, but now that Mosley agreed to the tests it only seems reasonable that Pacman should.

I dont remember saying or typing "ONLY REMEMBERED"...but since you on a roll ..do your thing...:purity:...homie..lol

No offense homie, but if you think Manny's legacy would only be remembered for avoiding a test then you must have just tuned in to the sport.
I guess Manny's wars with JMM and Barrera, Morales, even Cotto doesn't deserve any accolades?

If Pacquiao takes the test and he's clean then he won't be remembered for avoiding tests. He'll be remembered as the guy who won 7 titles and the guy who won/lost the biggest PPV match of all time.
that is, if he beats Mayweather. If he takes the test and gets dominated like Mosley, I'll be convinced he was roiding for the last several years.
I agree completely. Even if he takes the tests before his next fight, it means he was on something for his other fights in my mind. I'll never accept his accomplishments as fact after he refused to be drug tested.

Well thats the first thing that came into my head when he made all those 7 or 8 excuse on why a sportman would refuse a test, But i might have a different view if he takes the test.
