It depends what you consider a super fight. Sugar Ray Leonard was coming off a long layoff when he fought Hagler at a weight he'd never fought at before. Hearns had gotten stopped a few years earlier when he fought Hagler. Are you saying you wouldn't call these super fights beforehand? It's crazy how the 2 losses have devalued Cotto's name like he was just some bum. Both fighters fought a good fight at a high level in a close fight.

Nothing to play down facts are fact, Mosley did lose to Cotto in 06/07, he looked like shit against Mayorga, has been inactive for over a year, is nearly 40, of coarse you can delude yourself into thinking your boyfriend is making up for loss time but it is what is. The guy is turning 39 years in like 4 months. Mosley lost to Cotto and YES he did not look great vs. Mayorga. And he hasn't had a real fight in over a year.

I think this fight will be a good fight, shane will be forced to pressurise fliyd early on similar to what oscar tried to do. Middle rounds and later rounds will be won by floyd, easing to a UD of course it can be a good fight...we'll all find out on May 1. right now, everything is just assumptions.
