Do you think Adamek BS'd about being stunned/hurt at times in the Arreola fight?

Huh? Adamek was never hurt or stunned even once in the entire fight. Stop listening to b.s. nutswinging commentary and actually watch the fight. He just kept being off balance from his foot work and flew into the ropes alot but if you actually looked, you'd see the punches Arreola was throwing were not even landing and Adamek said at the end he was never hurt. No. He was never Hurt. He was thrown off balance, but never hurt Agree with these. After Adamek throws 1,2's he'll pivot on his left foot, bent over, to avoid shots and 2X i think Chris would throw a right at the same time, kind of knocking him off balance. Ademek is a fckin badass, if he was hurt hes half highlander with hard chin so I doubt he admit it. i do think a shot in the 5th knocked his equliabirum off, not hurt but thats why he was off blaance. Not half anything. He's from the Carpathian mountians. All Goral.

i don't think he was hurt. he just had sloppy footwork that made him looked off balanced.

Come on now, Arreola actually makes Shrek look handsome. I don't think that he was seriously hurt, but some of thos punches clocked him fairly well. He got some clean punches in from rounds 9-10 until he hurt his hand. But they just looked like they didn't have power. Arreola doesn't have much conditioning, not surprising.

I do, Arreola caught him with some hard ass shots. Though I don't think Haye hits as hard as Arreola either, because I still see Haye as a blown-up Cruiserweight. I mean Haye didn't even fight someone as good as Arreola yet at Heavyweight in my opinion. I don't think Adamek was ever hurt. For one thing he was off balance in some of the rounds because of his shoe. The sole was falling off, they had to tape it up, hard to keep balance when your shoes are falling apart. The crowd was sensationalizing a lot of what Chris was doing. A lot of shots simply were hitting Adameks gloves, arms, and weren't flush. A lot of them just pushed Adamek around . I just didn't see that Adamek was ever close to being in trouble. Perhaps in some of the rounds 4-6 he might have been back peddling but in no round after 6 was Adamek really in danger because Chris power appeared faded to me.

I mean Haye didn't even fight someone as good as Arreola yet at Heavyweight in my opinion. haha yeah I think he got hit with some equilibrum shots a few times but he also had the damn sole of his shoe coming off at the time,, seriously though I think he did feel Arreolas power but I also think Arreola felt the sting of Adameks combo punches early which is why he gave him more respect early in the fight.

You also got to take into account that, despite how much power he possesess, Arreola pushes with his punches a lot which is more or less the leading factor in an opponent getting knocked off balance.

I'm not necessarily saying Adamek has the most granite chin on earth or anything but Arreola's shots didn't even land period. All those times that the crowd and commentators reacted and said "he might be hurt" Arreola didn't land a single shot, Adamek was just wildly bouncing backwards off the ropes and losing his footing a bit but he was never hurt because he wasn't even hit. He was way too fast and was evading everything Arreola threw. Just look at Arreola's face then look at Adamek's.

I don't think so, he never truly was out on his feet. Adamek was stumbling around the entire fight to escape the aggressiveness, and I think that was more of escaping manuevers more than getting caught with a big shot. Remember, he's not even a natural Heavyweight, so it's only natural that he may not be able to balance his weight out as well yet, leading to why he'd stumble which also in turn can look and lead people to think he was hurt. There wasn't any facial expressions that showed he was hurt, the most you could make was his body movements which we saw all night. Adamek had a game plan and was focused all night, and it was clear that it was to avoid exchanging shots and taking risks so whenever he got hit by a moderately hard punch, it's probably why he coward out, held and ran rather than being hurt. But that's just my opinion and perspective.
