Honestly you can't say much from what you see, but I'll say without a doubt I believe it is him. Also, it's South America for f**ks sake. Videos like this get released like nothing from over there. If he really hung himself he must've had his neck in the crotch of the jeans and took his feet off the ground by bending his knees. If it was just him, he must've really wanted to die because that's not an easy way to go.

They took him down and tried to revive him, since he still had some vital signs.
