Does the fact that roy relied HEAVILY on his reflexes rather than skill to counter punch, hinder his chances to be rated higher? j/w

mayweather def. has the flashier counters. but i think toney is overall better and whitaker comes in at 3rd.

1. Toney 2. Floyd 3. Whitaker 4. Roy Jones I think that Floyd's the best counterpuncher I seen, but Toney is so much bigger and heavier that it is just that much more impressive.
