If floyd beats shane, is it a better win than manny's win against barrera?

Shane is the better fighter, has the better skill, and is rated higher. The only thing you can compare is the age. But Manny did stop MAB in the 11th. If Floyd stops Mosley too, then the Mosley win is better. If not, then the MAB win holds court. no no no Do none of you guys remember how highly touted Barrera was at the time?

No, Barrera was in his prime. Plus Pacquiao was the underdog. This, pac pulled a major upset here. floyd beating shane is something that most of are expecting. the only way floyd MIGHT could possibly out do what pac did to MAB is if he brutally KO's shane.

That's how good Floyd is, a former Super Featherweight wins over Sugar Shane Mosley, #1 WW, is not much. A Pacquiao win over Sugar Shane Mosley...Pacquiao can retire with that win and didn't even need Barrera, Marquez or Morales. A win over Mosley is more impressive than a win over those 3 put together(for Pacquiao). But for Mayweather he needs to fight Mosley, Williams, Martinez, Ward, Dawson, Adamek, Wlad. Thing is at this weight 147 fighting Floyd you will see the best Mosley has brought to a boxing ring since he fought ODH , this is such afight to Shane he is hungry like he hasnt felt for many years ,,,, thats the difference . that's not a fact. that's an opinion. fact is, barrera was on an impressive winning streak before him and manny fought. went on another impressive streak after their fight. he was very much prime, or at the very least, very close to it. mosley struggled with mayorga, and his win over a one-dimensional, emotionally ****ed up margarito has been overrated recently. regardless, a win against mosley is pretty solid, no denying it. not just as good as manny's win over barrera. it ain't even close

I don't know...It would be pretty close, only because of the situation they are in. Everyone thought Barrera was gonna bully Floyd. I'd put an old Shane ahead of a prime Barrera, but the situation was amazing for Pacquiao. That was a huge accomplishment for him, and it was the start of his reign. Before that he was fighting "tricycle men" or whatever he said about Valero. lol Help me understand this part.....LOL
