Smith did impress in his win against Crawford but let's not turn this into a thread about him haha. This thread is about the man Mike Jones and philly in general.

Yeah i was a little disappointed he didnt stop him, he did do just enough to win most of the rounds. But that is very rare from him usually he is a great finisher, hopefully that fight gets made against smith it would be a great undercard fight. If you have all these advantages over an opponent and you don't come even close to stopping him, that's a warning sign to me. Maybe he's better than what he showed in that fight, but he's gonna have to show me something before I pick him over someone like Smith. I didn't even know that fight was being talked about. That would be sick if it was on the Foreman Cotto undercard cause Im going to that so it would give me some extra enthusiasm to cheer for a philly fighter up there. But after he wins that I would like to see him start getting good fights. Hopefully Arum will sign him even though I am starting to despise top rank. I know what I saw man, he could not have been more unimpressive. Brusseles never looked in trouble, the rounds weren't even won that clearly. I was bored and not paying too much attention to the fight, but that was the impression I was getting everytime I watched it. But there is a load of talent and high rated fighters for Mike Jones to fight to get his name out there. I mean what about Delvin Rodriuez or somoene. I mean even Aydin is ranked 8th according to boxrec. And that dude is about to get his first loss to Collazo

Yea lived over there when I was younger then moved over to Jersey. Most of my boys live over there. My one friend just got a new place on East passyunk where they will be putting up the Joey Giardello statue. That area is nice as hell alot of nice girls walk around those areas at night haha. hopefully next year ill be going to temple and me and my friends will be getting an apartment a little off campus

Yea that's that I've been saying for awhile. But it seems he is getting looked over. On another note I wanna see some more of Hank Lundy too. Yea Dargan last fought at the end of Feb. Hopefully he gets on again soon. I've seen Teon Kennedy, he is a decent fighter still a lot of work after he went to a draw with Lante Addy who was 7-4. I just hope he doesn't let the death of Francisco Rodriquez **** him up to bad. That was a horrible situation obviously for the Rodriquez family but it not something a young fighter wants on his hands either. Kennedy is fighting in May at Ballys in AC ill try and catch that,

I think he will be the future of the HW division... I rember a couple years ago all the hype that Berto was getting. But, ever since I was watching Mike Jones on Telefutura sole boxeo I knew he was going to be better than Berto. You mean WW haha but I know that was just a typo. But yea I am just hoping he grows right but a little more quickly. I hope some big promotional company picks him up soon though.
