Mosley is the win Mayweather needs on his resume to get props imo. We hear alot how Floyd has been ducking top fighter for years but now he is fighting a legit top welterweight who destroyed Marg. No one can dispute Floyd if he gets the win and if by KO this is even better.

That's right. Mosley will be the best win on Mayweathers resume to date. No doubt he would be,,,,,,that's if he won but he wont....mosley is the best win on cotto, wright, and rip forrest's as well....

it just solidifies his resume at welterweight the only weight division his resume is lacking is a sold and big win at jr welterweight.

I love Floyd but I just hope he doesn't make this another classic run and gun until you go to sleep match. I don't think it will come to that and Mosley will be real hungry. UI have to agree that this could be the best talent that Money May has faced.

That's right. Mosley will be the best win on Mayweathers resume to date. If Floyd wins, absolutely. But also, let's see how the fight plays out. A lot of scenarios can open with a win or loss for either. Don't count your eggs just yet...

Diego was/is his best win, a prime undefeated (appeared unstoppable) diego coralles is better than a current mosely win, if he would have been able to land the shane fight years ago, i'd probably agree. I think a mosely win is on par maybe slightly better than the hatton win. If he'd have fought and beaten the premargaritto version of cotto, i'd have given that win his greatest.

Diego, Hatton, Gatti are all credible wins in Floyds career. However Mosley is the man at Welter, Mayweathers resume will look almost complete with a (W) against Mosley.

I always thought it was the Diego Corrales win. Diego was a huge star at the time and undefeated. People look at how it turned out for Diego and don't look at the lead up to the fight and where both fighter were at the time. The Gatti win was huge too. I think that win made him the star he is today. I think generally in boxing people do this too much. They did the same thing with the Hatton fight. Hatton was 43-0 and the man at 140, but soon as he loses he was a chump.
