Anyone that doesn't think that Mosley isn't the best fighter Mayweather has ever faced needs to get their head out of their ass. Only De La Hoya can really challenge that distinction.
Mosley has shown a problem in the past with jabbing and movenment, but Mayweather has shown to have a problem with speed. Mosley should not be a +325 underdog against Mayweather and he will show why.
Mayweather won't have the crutch he had against every other opponent, where they had shown to gas or lacked the speed to trouble him in the first place. I'm not saying Mosley will win, but I am saying he's no chump that you can just brush off.
U know from watching all this footage, listening to this radio and reading these boards....u would think that mosley really had a chance.
It's almost like he hasn't struggled against a mayorga, cotto, or a 1 handed collazo. U would think that floyd hasn't fought nobody and mosley is supposed to be some test. The hatred for floyd really shows and people are real stupid when it comes to floyd fight time!!!
I mean listening to some of this stuff, u would think it's floyd that coming after mosley spot and mosley has been the top dog. These fan boys is crazy!
Thats the whole part of the genius of team pbf. The desperation to knock him off causes the fans and media to wrongfully hype a fighter out of hope and desperation. The excuses will soon follow if he beats ssm.

Fail. Floyd was at the top spot. When you quit i.e retire you drop out the ranks bar none. When you come back and fight someone 2 divisions up from their natural weight class and win doesn't put you back up on the #1 spot even though we all know he has the right skillset to be the top dog. He actually has to fight to back up his shit. Come May 1st he'll be doing just that.

mosley dominated collazo.
a 1 handed collazo shouldn't have even seen the 12th rd against nosley
mayorga was probably close to 170 lbs , cotto was pre margo beat down and a much tougher opponent than after margo , collazo was out classed totally and mosley boxed brilliantly .
Its very easy to see how biased you are , mosley is a great fighter enough so to run of roach and pac , its a dangerous fight for floyd that gives him an opportunity to really shine .
run them off, likes that hard to do. All u got to do is say drug test and they'll start scattering like roaches!
what I heard is that people who have been to his camp say he is having a hard time finding his sparring partners in sparring otherwise he looks like the same old ready Shane. This is from people outside of the team or not knowing the team directly
Also, it's usually normal for Shane to spar during his open workouts but this one he didn't at all.
who knows bro
I don't know. Either way, I try not to put too much stock into it. Then again, I'm hearing Floyd looks very good as well.

I've got a good source in Nazim's team who I contacted after reading exactly what you wrote. And he said the exact opposite. Said Shane's been "very sharp" for months and is simply fine-tuning and game-planning at this point. I don't know. Something is amiss.

floyd is hoping shane is too past it to crack him constantly...i'm hoping shane saved some for mayweather....
funny because I heard the exact opposite in that while he looks good training in sparring he cannot get off and its fustrating him

Mosley dominated Collazo.
ok replace Collazo with a one eyed Vargas in their first fight
I got good word from someone a couple days ago that Mosley looks very sharp in the gym. I am still a little concerned that he may leave it all in the gym but he's a vet. May 1 will be a legendary night.

Well, no he couldn't. He got reamed by Larry Merchant for fighting Adrian Stone and was being given hell for his bad opposition. Wasn't like he was a draw. Plus, Forrest was the top contender. He didn't have too many options.
merchant did the same s**t to floyd when floyd was fighting judah, baldy, & co when he could have been fighting cotto, margarito, hatton @ 140, etc....he was in the junior welter division and left the whole division untouched...wasn't like floyd was pulling mega numbers either...when has this mayweather fighter ever put up or shut up against a prime fighter of equal talent...and please don't say ricky hatton...
How do you know what Floyd couldn't have done? Just because Mosley got his ass beat doesn't mean Mayweather would lose to him. Oh and Mosley did fight chumps after the first De la hoya fight. Remember Diaz,Stone,Taylor? HBO forced him to fight Forrest.
oh yeah fmj @ 147 never blinks twice about fighting a prime forrest...especially after fighting that murderers row of opponents he fought...a faded oscar, a 3 divisions smaller marquez, twin jokes baldy and judah?...lol
floyd ducks a prime forrest...my opinion...
yeah shane fought a few contenders after a tough fight with de la hoya (the live dog version of ocscar)...can't say that i blame him...the man jumped up two divisions from 135 to fight de la hoya...judging by shane's character, i doubt hbo had to twist his arm too much to fight forrest...
floyd vs. anybody thats a live dog...you get the "it doesn't work that way in the sport of boxing" speil....well how does it work floyd...you gotta pass an olympic style drug test first and be on the tail end of your career?....lol
