Berto is ready for the top 3 WWs

that's berto's style. I don't think he's gonna change. berto is only good because he's got a lot of athleticism. he's better off fighting the top 3 right now instead of waiting. he's like a poor man's rjj. better fight the tough ones while you're young. I disagree, he could be more polished before taking on the big 3.

I think Mosley would have put a hurting on Berto if they fought. I think Berto has to try and get Mayweather in the ring ASAP if he beats Mosley and the Haymon connection even allows it, because if he loses at least he makes a ton of cash and has his name known. Then he could probably get a decent paycheck fighting Mosley.

Haymon isn't the only guy that has Berto's ears. Berto also has his own aspirations and goals. Berto's world doesn't revolve around haymon and floyd, like it does flomos. Which was the point I made on the show and the point i made in my post PULLY....Lefty

if Shane wins, then it opens the door wide open IMO....what's Haymon gonna do? keep Berto from cashing in til Floyd get's first dibs? and i dont think Berto has any clout to demand any extra tests... the only roadblock from this is Arum...he hates Haymon and is probably angling for a Margarito-PAC fight...which i wouldnt mind watching either so basically, IF Shane pulls off the upset and Margarito looks like utter shit in his comeback fight, i think we see Berto being a viable option I agree with you If Shane pulls off an upset the rematch will be on for later this year. Dude you missed the point of my post. Not that he has leverage but if all Al Haymon fighters stuck to the notion no test no fight. Or if more fighters stuck to that notion than who is PAC going to fight? How many lgeit WW does Arum have left in his stable? Besides Margs who is not even reinstated who else can he fight that the public would want to see him fight. I am simply making a post based on what was discussed on the show last Thursday. I personally think Al haymon or no man should stand in the way of anyones payday. Well what you mean is that is as good as he is going to get but doesn't necessarily mean he is ready or will ever be. all those things make sense. berto is at his peak imho and its only down hill from here. he doesn't really have any real skills to rely on. he's just an athletic juggernaut. so he might as well throw his hat in and give it a try. Maybe he should just wait around for all of the checks to be cashed and SSM, Floyd, and Pac to retire......then he can be the man by default. that's the bitch way out. if berto can get fights w/ the top 3 then he should go for it. he was ready for mosley, and mosley is fighting floyd. so why wouldn't he be ready for floyd himself?

As has been stated on my show Pac vs Berto probably wont happen because Al Haymon manages Berto the same manager as Floyd Money and if that was to be proposed they would need to ask for the testing to be done. Unless Berto is going to come out of his face and state F the testing....It would huckle buck Floyd and Al Haymon would betray him to some extent I guess is what the Floyd fans were saying on my show. I think money is money and when it comes to making 10 million for one fighter it shouldn't matter what the other fighter and his team requested. If Berto is willing to be satisfied with the usual testing and take his crack at Manny and the big purse then so be it and Al Haymon and Money should not stand in his way....Lefty berto dont have the leverage to demand sht.

Yea Berto is probably what he is going to be and it is time for him to test himself against the best. At some point you need to sink or swim, maybe he steps up to the challenge.

When he starts getting hit, he clinches and holds and doesn't get any combinations off like how he did against lesser named opponents. He showed some of that towards the stretch against Quintana, but I think if he does get in with the likes of Cotto, Mosley, Pacquiao, and Floyd, he'll get beat. I had Mosley beating Berto just before the fight was called off.
