Horrible stoppage!

that last right hand was brutal quintana was on his way to getting knocked the **** out it was a good stoppage imo TS just wanted to see a brutal ko im not hating dawg.... Yes I wanted it to be conclusive. Not leaving anything to linger. Quintana could have made a damn recovery for all we know. He has a good chin. Or he couldve gotten KO'd and left no if ands or buts. Either one dammit. I hate when the ref stops a fight just cause a guy gets wobbly. Give him a damn chance.

You're not Quintana. He was hurt but not out. Ref robbed Berto of a KD or Quintana of a recovery. Ref didn't rob anyone of anything imo that was a good stoppage.

These idiots know nothing about stoppages. You're supposed to stop it when the other fighter starts wobbling and doesn't respond to the punches. Quintana didn't do anything. What did you want him to hit the canvas and stay there? A brutal KO is nice to see sometimes, but be considerate for the man's health... If it was a bad stoppage then Quintana would have complained about it. He didn't say a word. He knew what was coming.

You also forget that Margarito HIT THE CANVAS. Watch the damn replay. Berto landed like 2 clean punches. Quintana took them like a man. He was hurt but he was not ready to go. Too bad the ref was squeamish and ended it after just 1 clean punch.

Quintana deserved a standing 8 count in my opinion or he should have taken a knee, but I can't really argue the stoppage.

Kelly Pavlik got KD twice in the round looked way worse than quintana and came back to win. Thats why I hate squeamish refs. They end it way too early and never give the other guy a chance. shaken? What fight were you watching TS?? It was a fine stoppage. The ref could of stopped it earlier but he gave Quintana a chance to redeem himself.
