Cotto has only challenged for three titles in his career and won them all. There are 4 belts to go around and seems like 154 has more titles than deserving challengers these days. But seriously Cotto deserves a shot way more than guys like Rocky Juarez and John Ruiz. Ali Funeka just had three shots at the same title and list them all. I know he was robbed against Guzman 2x, but 3 shots in a row? Might as well just give him the damn belt. Arce seems to always challenge for a title as well.
