Just choose not to be any part of the others? Do you think boxing will ever get back to having just one major belt. Just one belt that actually means something?
I would like to do what Japan does. The JBC just recognizes the WBC and the WBA. That is all we need. And, also what I would like is the ranking will do what the IBO does and allow a champ from a different organization to be ranked.
There's been at least two belts throughout most of boxing's history, but it's gotten way too ridiculous and muddled since the 80s.
I'd settle for two belts rather than the four plus the whole super champ/regular champ thing.
Interim belts piss me off.
It keeps Joe Everybody from being able to keep up with boxing, and hurts the sports popularity.
Me personally, i really only pay attention to and get excited about the ring titles. Thats my personal choice tho.

If they all united and agreed they'd only fight for one belt, i'd swoop in and grab every other belt in every weight class i could make weight for.
I'd fight a fat toddler.
Then people would argue, Floyd has one belt, but this guy has the other 4
and i'd duck him

No. Money and politics prevent that.
A lot of fighters are looking to make their name in the sport and winning a title belt helps that.
