Why wasn't Hopkins penalized for holding?

people dont realise just how big hopkins head is, and when he rushes in with his head down it's very difficult to do anything, your holing onto the head so it doesn't bash into your face and he's ripping you with body punches

Bernard is ****ing slick with those low blows. He would be clinched with Roy while Weeks was on his left side and then fire up a big blow way down there while Weeks' view was blocked. I think the fact that most of Bernards game plan and offense involved taking two steps firing two punches then holding would have resulted in at least one penalty.

I'm very disappointed of Weeks, I mean he's a great ref but tonight he was off, he let Hopkins headbutt Jones all night long, he never warned him.

He did it while the ref wasn't looking. He is the P4P dirtiest Boxer for a reason.
