Nah man jogging is nothing like boxing lol. There are these old folks who jog faster and probably longer than me. I would put their ass down in any fight
Boxing is intense but jogging is tough and hurts like a mofo on the legs and feet and youy need a strong neck, shoulders, back, stomach and legs
