It is true - comments was biased and childish, even worse than some biased hardcore fans comments on this forum. I wander if those commentators posts here. :rolleyes:

Larry merchant and steward are always very honest, even when a fighter the like is fighting. Lamply is famous for bringing out his pom poms though. On a serious note, you would think Haye was fighitng like Ali the way they were talking about him in there. They just said he was the fastest heavyweight since Ali. At times he is fast, but his hooks arent that speedy. I think there have been quite a few heavies since Ali that were as fast or faster than Haye.

No different then Lampley and company.

Sad watching them look at the replys after the fight and laughing at all 3 of the rabbit punch knock downs. "Oh well, he just got a little excited!" Haye might have been DQed anywhere else for rabbit punching Ruiz over and over again until he went to a knee.

British commentary has always been kind of bad in the past decade or so.

I find them very biased. True. But HBO (Jim Lampley) here in America is no better when it comes to bias.

They need a Larry Merchant. They have no one that compares to the HBO team or Bernstien or even Atlas. Still, i really dont care about them. The fight was decent.
