Is it an attribute only for boxers who tends to outbox or is it just a mental attribute?
I have seen many post claiming the word "skill" are for those who tend to outbox, and those who rely on power or brute force are not skilled boxers?

Thats about right, except when power punchers use skills to deliver their punches. Eg. Arturo Gatti was a power puncher that had low to no skills in the delivery. Mike Tyson was a power puncher that used head movement and bob and weave and feint skills to get the punches home.
I guess one could differentiate by using the terms 'skilled fighter' and 'skilled boxer'. The former would imply a puncher, the latter an outboxer. What do you think??
