If Calzaghe-Froch happened , what would be the result?

nobody hates Joe calzaghe as much as me, but he smacks froch all around the ring.. from pillar to post.. in a UD

I think it would be Calzaghe-Lacy II , Calzaghe would out work and outsmart Froch and dominate him the whole fight to a UD. What do you think would of happened? I would have to find out after the fight on this site because I would fall asleep by the third round.

Calzaghe would give him a boxing lesson, right up until Froch Knocked Joe TFO in the last round.

Carl Froch and Joe Calzaghe are both British boxers that have a history of fighting other washed up boxers Hopkins in the case of calzaghe, Reid in the case of Froch. I have more respect for calzaghe than Froch, Froch is a paper chammpion whogot the titles vacated by calzaghe,Provided Calzaghe stays off the cocaine he beats Froch with ease.

If it had happened when Joe was an active fighter and even towards the end...Joe pistol whips him to a UD. As of now...who knows. I wouldn't be surprised though if Joe could whip himself back into shape and still win. It would be a tougher fight for Joe at this point because inactivity is a bitch and you shouldn't favor an inactive fighter...but...the hell with it...I still would favor Joe if he had enough time to train. Drugs are bad for the body though. Hopefully he can clean himself up.

If it happened after JC beat BH, JC would have outpointed Froch. If JC fought Froch now, JC would get beaten probably. JC lands volumes of punches and Froch try lands power punches like Lacy. I think JC would pitter patter froch all night. But JC didnt want to prove what people might believe would happen. Living up to expectations can be pressure.

If it happened now? I dunno. Calzaghe hasn't really fought in a while, he's old, and I don't think he's been training. If it happened 6 months after Hopkins Calzaghe would probably win a UD.

No one knows how much cocke he has done and what the effects are. He was in top shape for all his life and never had a problem with his fitness. IMO he could still make a comeback and be good enough to outpoint Froch. An out of shape less training Calzaghe ud's Froch! :rofl:
