will we ever see the old cotto again?

serious question here.do you guys think we will ever see the "terminator" version of cotto.he did look pretty good in the opening rounds vs. pacquiao going to the body,but then after the brutal second knockdown he looked shellshocked from the margarito fight.i didnt like his entire performance vs. clottey and the same thing happened after a while.it seems like that fight is still with him.yes,i know he has been through some wars,but do you guys think he will ever get back to his old form?also,how much do you think the fight with margarito took out of him?

My expirience in boxing tells me no but with a good corner and an excellent trainer can bring something back in Cotto.good trainers give you some type of back up that gives you confidence.When you take a beating it's nothing nice so imagine taking a full beat down again so that destroys your selfbelief in a way!!

IMO opinion. The first 6 rounds against Margarito was probably the last time we will see that version of cotto.

I don't know. I certainly hope so, but I doubt it. It's a shame. Cotto at his peak was beautiful to watch. He's not even old either.

i agree,those fights with gomez,mosley,judah and the first 6 rounds against margarito made me a cotto fan.its a shame we have all come to appreciate cotto more after these last couple fights

IMO no. It's a shame as the version that turned up against Mosely, Gomez and the first 6 rounds of Margarito looked incredible. Absolutely incredible.
