Im no boxing expert but I thought Roy looked really good. And remember thats just one clip of him training, cant judge an entire camp off one clip.

I mean, of course it's not the best he's ever looked. But he doesn't look that bad, especially considering his age.

How the hell is he still this fast? Roy is a true freak of nature.

I thought he looked good against Sheika and Lacy. He just got caught by Danny Green and didnt have time to recover. Dont completely count him out in this fight

Roy looks like a gauntless zombie. Bernard adapted, Roy didn't thats why he's only got worse with age. No, Roy got worse with age because that's what fighters do. Bernard is an anomaly, although that doesn't necessarily make him better. At 36, Hopkins was making the 14th defense of his middleweight title. A 32-year-old Jones had already won a MW title, defended a SMW version six times and the LHW title 11 times. And was on the verge of picking up a HW title. That said, Jones is done. done-zo. Quite frankly, I don't think Nard has that much left either but he is picking his opponents quite nicely it seems.

i cant see the video because of my computer but I hope roy is taking this fight seriously. If theres any fight roy should prepare as hard as he can for, its Hopkins. Hopkins dont play around....not to say Roy doesnt take his fights seriously, Im just saying that this one he should take extra seriously.

hes not gonna be as sharp as he once was,but still faster and more skilled than most, just how can he take bhops punch and is his footwork good enough to get him outa tight spots like they once did. perhaps the camera being on him might have put him off so he messed up in bits of this video?,or an off day at the gym?. i hope this fight goes the distance and we can see both guys doing some brilliant boxing.

his arms look huge

he looks good physically, but his facial expressions and the look in his eyes, he looks out of it. man he seems to be rapidly declining. His biceps look huge because the rest of his arm have deflated with age. Even his chest looks smaller

p.s. roy looks terrible. slow, uncoordinated...forgot how to skip rope, can't hit speed bag for more than a few seconds without ****in up. missing the double end bag more than he hits it with his shot reflexes. pathetic. hopkins is going to Knock him out cold for real. 10 years ago you use to be a fan, but I did catch the skippin rope incident lol he's old man give a dog a bone.

He still has the speed, is still open and lost his legs. I already knew this but damn his legs seem to be gone completely. Then again he was only doing padwork Oh man just saw his skipping. That was bad and then his speedball seems gone too I wanna root for Roy, but I don't know man.

Not sure if this has been posted: roy used to be pretty fast in his day...still got abit left...anyways gd luck roy then after the hopkins fight win or lose retire bud you had a good career :fing02:
