How can someone honestly claim he couldnt see Dirrell was down?Do you believe Abraham?
o fuk no... he saw him. and did it intetionally so good thing the right decision was made and dq'd his ass. but dirrel made it seem so dramatic. cmon negative in test results? aparently he was fine; when hatton went down that was real his arms were no where nere his face.. dirrel covered his face then threw his arms back.
I don't think he did it on purpose, I do think it was the heat of the moment. And I don't know what pause everyone is talking about since Abraham threw the punch right away. If you're in a boxing ring these things happen, if the Ref didn't suck donkey dick last night then AA we wouldn't be having such a mess of a fight. The Ref was horrible in every aspect last night.
Didn't AA get in the nutts like 5 times and the announcers even said that Dirrell was hitting low and that is was kind of obvious? I mean I'm sure Dirrell didn't attention-ally hit low. But you have to start deducting points sooner or later. I mean Cotto got points deducted in the Judah fight for hitting low twice.
If you watch the footage it all happened very quickly.
He shouldn't have thrown it, though.
Yea it was all real quick, in super slow mo it looks like a long time but it all hapeaned in like a 3 second window from the slip to Dirrell laying on the canvas.
at the end of the fight he said he punches people as their just going down or gone down. so he pretty much admitted that he punched him, he just didnt think it was hard enough to knock dirrell out
I think Abraham knew what he was doing. Was probably pissed because he was losing, and did something dumb. I understand why he did it, but it's still f*cked up.
Are you 100% sure that AA did see that Dirrells glove touched the canvas? Remember that if the glove didn't touch the canvas the punch would have been legal.
So why was he disqualified?

He punched him so fast after Dirrell's glove touched the canvas that he wouldn't have known either way. He took a huge gamble there.
I don't buy that passion of the moment of reasoning.
In a sport that is as reactionary as boxing you don't see someone slip down like that, then swing and punch downwards? Sorry AA, but IMO you are in the wrong here.

I think it's actually more likely that AA threw the shot intentionally then Direll faking it. you should add a poll.
