He got hit then put his glove his nose and then thought he would get ze german DQ. Lol and why wasnt abraham's knockdown counted? Not hating, dirrell fought the perfect fight to beat abraham, hit and run which worked well and should be used by all his next oppenents. Good fight tho.
Contrariwise, Dirrel is a bad actor. This "knockout" looks totally like bad comic performance by Andre with all those grimacing and playing the ape.
But Dirrel's bad actor skills has nothing to do with Abrahamyan's behavior - hitting the opponent while he's on the floor is clearly not boxing and it's just meanly. So whether Andre act this knockout or not it is irrelevant to the Arthur's actions for which he definitely deserves disqualification.
I watched the full fight +replays of the incidents. It STILL doesn't look like he's faking it to me. If he did, then Dirrell must have one of the toughest chins in this division cause that was a hard shot that clipped the jaw.
Fake or not, he threw a (power) punch while Dirrell was down on his knee with both hands on the canvas after a slip in AA's corner. How the **** can you justify that?
It's funny to read the comments on this board suggesting how Dirrell should have behaved if he really was hurt by that punch cause none of you have had shots to the head like that. Try it then come back telling me what it felt and looked like...
watch from 3.40 the slow mo
Andre Dirrell: "No daddy Arthur please no more punishment...im sorry your the boss!!"
Arthur Abraham:: (German Accent) "Shaze Fack Up and Take Your Punishment Like A Man!"
i know what was i thinking :nonono:
Why doesn't that thick head of yours count in the fact that Dirrell should have had two KD's instead of one.
Dirrell won, Abraham lost. Case closed.
you are right i would not have taken that punch but that is because i am not a professional fighter lol. all i am saying is that he took the punch looked at him covered his face and then whent down. but no way would i take a punch like that. so props to dirrell for taking the punch but he needs to work on his acting skills.
if he had good acting skills he wouldve just laid there, let the doctors check him out, immobilize his head and wait for the medics and the stretcher. but noooo. he had to carry on sobbing and hollering acting all confused making sure the world knew his head hurt.

lol. dirrell looked more annoyed than anything. he was like "really dude, you're gonna hit me when im down?"
then he "realized" he was hurt.
his reaction was typical to someone whos about to blackout
imo dirrell had time to look at the ref pull a funny face put both hands to his face and then he went down. and compare that to the flash KO of chambers he was knocked out before he hit the canvas lol. but all joking aside that was a solid shot rite to the point of his chin.
i would like to see you trying to act tough and not hurt after that punch. now that would be acting
