I really hope Haye can win and Ruiz doesn't pull off the upset which he might and his chances go up in my mind when seeing a kind of soggy looking Haye.
Still, Haye's natural ability may carry him through even if he wasn't in the best shape and Ruiz was the best he could be....Haye is over all just a better athlete.
Haye won't finish boxing with a resume like Ruiz. No way, no how.
Audley is funny but none of what he says is true, I remember after the Rogan fight he said his jaw was broken even though he was talking fine lol.
lamo:rofl: audley is a dick
I actually have and I was excited when he moved to HW. Beating Barrett and running from Valuev haven't convinced me he should be mentioned as a potential Klitschko fight. He did all that big talk about bringing excitement and how boring the Klits are and put of a performance more boring than Wlad-Ibrag. I enjoy boxers and usually jump to the defense of fighters labeled runners, but what he did against Valuev was pitiful.
Well your first comment made it seem as though David Haye uses running tactics in all his fights, and that he will be doing so again against Ruiz.
Also, as others have pointed out Valuev had a 100lb advantage, and Haye actually injured his hand early on and so couldn't be as active as he would have liked. He stook to his gameplan though and nearly KO'd him in the final round.
You read wrong. That's the latest video and he's obviously not training properly. No way he should be that overweight this close to the fight.
Audley Harrison watched him spar and said he's fat and his timing is ****ed.
lol Audley is a joke, he will say anthing to get himself in the media.

Nothing good to say about haye once again.
what a suprise
I'm not concerned. He'll be in top shape by the weigh-in. It wouldn't surprise me if Haye comes in a little heavier than usual, but that is part of the strategy. You cannot afford for Ruiz to win the battle of strength on the inside, as he will sap your energy otherwise.
Yeah looks like he is going to come in a little heavier than he was against valuev. So he will hit harder and probably not use as much movement as he did against valuev
Im expecting an imppressive win from Haye. I think he will be a completly different fighter from his last fight where he had and stuck to a game plan in order to beat Valuev.
Should be a good fight, looking forward to it.
Agreed. The was only one way to beat Valuev and that was to make him miss and pick his punches. Once he beats Ruiz then people will be impressed.
He might not beat either Klit but will put up a better performence than these joke american heavyweights.

would you go toe to toe with a guy 100lbs heavyer and a ft taller than yourself? or would you try to out box him for 12 rounds?

We already knew Haye comes in in good shape. You guys have any idea how hard it is to run around the ring for 12rds? Not sure why he even bothers training in the gym he should be on the track.

i wouldnt trust audley for sh*t he is probally juelouse that haye has made so much money in so little time, compared to him. but we will have to wait and see until fight night. :alucard: < ruiz at the ruiz vs jones jnr presser.

He still had full week of training and few days next week so be in great shape once fight night comes.
I don't believe anything Audley as to say.
