He can't, unless out of no-where some future ATG heavies appear, Wlad beats them, retires and then those guys he beat become atg's
If any of the people he's beating right now goes on to do great things on his own, that's a testament right there. Like Vitali went on to do great things, that's why most will rank Lewis ahead of Tyson and Hollyfield for instance..
Good heavyweights need to magically appear from nowhere and he has to beat them.
A couple Haye types who CAN take a punch so we see more competitive fights. Someone who HASN'T a spare tire would be good for a start... Problem is, there isn't anyone like that. Not exactly his fault though...
If Wlad can get 20 title defenses under his belt then he could have a case but still, IMO Lennox beat better competition - Including his brother Vitali. That isn't Wlad's fault either but it is what it is.
When it's all said and done, Wlad will be remembered as the Greatest Heavyweight of this era and an ATG.
He can't. Weather he has the skills to do so, we'll never know. Unfortunately the HW division doesn't have the same talent level to make the comparison. Wlad is doing everything he can to cement his legacy, but we just need a real challenger for him. But who knows, if he unifies all of the titles ( which i'm sure he will when his brothers calls it quits) and he reaches 20+ title defenses ppl will have to start asking how he would fair against the greats/legends.
i dont think much of lewis resume.his best win is mercer imo, which was kind of a gift.i dont give him no props for beatin up on these old short americans.this guy had the nerve to sue mike tyson for a rematch clause in thier contract but wouldnt fight vitali again.i woulda loved to see him against ibeabuchi and bowe whom i both think woulda beat him evn though bowe didnt seem as confident

nothing he can do, there just isnt enough competition for him to surpass Lennox.
Say if he was still undisputed champ in 3/4 years, with wins over Povetkin, Haye, Adamek, Denis Boytsov, and a few other contenders.
Still no?
