Manny is clean so why not take the test? Fact is the standards set by the boxing commisions are the MINIMUM standard for sanctioning a fight not the maximum allowed. So anything can be negotiated into a fight contract including OST and blood draining catchweights. Besides Floyd paid JMM and agree to pay Manny. Many thought PBF ducked De la Hoya because of the "split decision"(Bullshit judging) and Mayweather sr. training De la Hoya. The others said it wasn't the fight it was built up to be PBF won so why do a rematch. I think the fight was a clear and easy decision win for PBF. But here is where a double standard comes in about your question. At that time PBF was P4P #1 and had just beat De la Hoya so in the rematch why should De la Hoya get to call all of the shots. Now fast forward to now many people say Pac is the #1 P4P so why should he cave in to PBF's demands when Pac is calling the shots cause he is #1. Now how is it that many people called what PBF did in turning down De la Hoya after he beat him & is #1 in the sport DUCKING? But Manny isn't ducking? Basically Manny just like PBF won't take a fight if the money and terms isn't to his liking.
