A lot of people talk about how much Pacquiao improved between the first and second Morales fights, but if you think about it, it couldn't have been THAT much. For one Barerra was able to give him trouble in their rematch, something he failed to do back when they fought at 126. Marquez was also able to give Pacquiao as much trouble as he did in the first fight (although to be fair, his shots didn't have as much of an effect, but that could have also been Marquez's age kicking in). A lot of people say he won both of those fights.
I'm not trying to knock Pacquiao or anything, because after Marquez II he became a completely different fighter. That's just a question that's been on my mind for quite some time.
Keep ignoring it--that's what Pactards are known for--ignoring the truth.
That's just your opinion bro. It's easy to say Floyd will outbox and beat Pacquiao because of how Floyd's done it with other fighters. But in the same sense in asking what slick boxer Pacquiao's fought, you can also ask what fighter Floyd's fought who throws at the angles Pacquiao does, movement, speed, stamina, and chin. You won't find a lot if not any, which is why people are dying to see the fight.
if ur david diaz... when did u get back home and what time did u land after ur fight last weekend? (since I met u at the airport and all)Did you kiss him before boarding the plane?
:D
Not a big difference in technque or skill. In fact he attacked the body a lot in the first fight, even though a lot of people say that's what wore Erik down in the rematch.
I think it was Morales' decline combined with the Reyes gloves and Manny making very slight adjustments. Morales was at least even on the cards before the stoppage though imo.
You can really see the improvements in the second Marquez fight comared to the first one. Watch the first Barrera fight. He's all 1-2 all the time, and inside he just threw weak looking flurries to the body. You can tell theres'a difference.
You bet I fucking did. My name is ****ing david diaz. Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck
if ur david diaz... when did u get back home and what time did u land after ur fight last weekend? (since I met n took a pic wit u at the luggage claim and all)... just sayin..
He has become more patient with his work and his footwork has improve since the Morales fights, But he didnt do anything different in the Morales fight Morales was war-torn and he had to go back to 130 for the second fight after Raheem at 135 even though he couldnt make the weight anymore so for me he didnt face a prime Morales.
I am so telling mom.
And btw, how awesome would have Godfrey-Cunningham have been in the CHI?
Is it officially not happening now? Goddamit. I'm not going to be able to make it up to detroit because I have a friend coming in and staying with me on the 27th and so I have to go get him from Ohare. So I really wanted to go to Cunningham Godfrey. I'll be at the card regardless though
What about your old car, did you keep it in the garage for sentimental values?
You bet I fucking did. My name is ****ing david diaz. Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck
that's how you talk to idiots...tell them what they wanna hear and they will behave like meek lambs:cool2:Pac has never improved, he has been fighting that way since he was a skinny 16 year old pro. :D
Roach started improving his right hand after the Morales loss. He improved.
Manny said he started studying fighters (from tapes and all) after that unconvincing win from Marquez. He improved.
they were all hand picked, he avoided all opponents that would give him a problem. That's the pattern and even stevie and ray combined, can see that very clearly. :D

yet, you cannot even deny that his last 4 opponents haven't been handpicked for him.:haha:they were all hand picked, he avoided all opponents that would give him a problem. That's the pattern and even stevie and ray combined, can see that very clearly. :D
