Does Mosley have only a punchers chance?

Needs to outwork Floyd and ruff it up & unsettle him. Shane needs to pile on the pressure early on and not let Floyd box otherwise he will get schooled.

One of the best defensive fighters ever would have to make the biggest boxing error for Shane to even get a chance to 1 Hit KO him or stun him so he can finish him off. But I hope he proves me wrong. Shane is crafty enough to land that punch. You act like Floyd's never been tagged before. Sh*t, even Marquez landed several clean rights and his punches have nothing on them compared to Shane.

people are counting mosley out to early, i mean dont get me wrong..mayweather is a great defensive fighter, but look at what happened when he fought de la hoya, the fight appeared to the judges as if de la hoyas flurries had mayweather on the defensive, now if an old de la hoya could do that then a still energetic well conditioned mosley surely can as well..this fight is a toss up for me

the problem is the more shane tries to work the more he gets reckless the more hes going to get hit. only way i see him outworking floyd is if he consistantly hits floyd and hurt him. keeping floyd in a shell. he cant hurt floyd once and think floyd will be afriad he been boxing too long for that. he has to hurt floyd to body head whenver he gets a chance keep floyd from oppening up. but floyd is tougher than you guys think hit harder than you guys think and is smarter than you think. he digs deep when he has to and i dont see shane winning this unless a tarver jones 2 happens

shane has way more than a punchers chance. If you think his stamina will be a prbloem you a damn fool. If you think shane won't be able to keep up with somebody that throws 30 punches a round you are a damn fool. I don't doubt shane's punching power or even worried with floyd's pillow throws... It's not about punching but about running, can he keep up with a chicken run?

Shane can't win a 12 round decision. Calling it a puncher's chance is disrespectful to Shane's pedigree and abilities, but he can only win by KO.

shane aint developing a good, solid jab at this stage of his career. man, imagine if shane developed a good jab earlier on in his career. im talking about a fast, sharp, piercing jab. he'd probably be undefeated. He can still use his jab to set up other punches (like the right hand) against Mayweather. His jab isn't always ineffective and he is working with Naseem Richardson, who can surely help Shane's chances. And Shane is an underrated body puncher. That was also like a decade ago and Shane was probably on steroids, lol. True, but who was getting stronger as the fight wore on in Cotto-Mosley? That's the problem there, if you're breathing out of your mouth 'heavily' means you're getting tired. What if floyd does the boston marathon inside the ring? I don't think shane can keep up with that shit and still be able to hit floyd hard enough to wobble floyd. The only chance i think he can KO floyd is to clinch floyd's arm and then try to break it. And as I said, Shane can fight hard even when he is tired. I don't know how he will deal with Mayweather's movement, but I don't think stamina will be the issue. Don't get me wrong, I think Mayweather UD's Mosley, but it isn't impossible for Shane to pull out a win. It's just unlikely that he could against Mayweather.

Shane has excellent stamina, he can continue fighting at a grueling pace even if he is tired. DLH-Mosley 1 was a great example, he went all out despite breathing very heavy with his mouth open. Shane can only knock Floyd out. No way he outboxes him. But couldn't he outwork him, (no, I don't mean accuracy, I mean punch output) just as De La Hoya did with Whitaker. I mean, Pea made ODLH miss embarrassingly the whole night but ODLH still got the decision. I think there's a chance that Shane might impress the judges enough to get him the UD. I think, if anything, PBF has more to prove here than anything. He probably has to put Shane on his butt at least once, to get the nod from the judges.
