earlier everyone made threads with who do the blacks, latin, and whiteboys want to win the fight. Idc bout that shit, who do you want to win regardless of race, actually not want, who are you puttin money on?
I am not a Floyd fan so I got to say Shane, cause if Shane wins I think there is a much better chance of a fight getting done with Pac, plus even though that fight wouldn't be as big as Pac/Floyd, I think it is the more exciting fight. I know Mosley has a rematch clause but it seems like he will get out of it or postpone it for Pac. To be honest though, I just want it to be a really good fight.
I would prefer Floyd to win.
I like Mosley more but him winning would ruin a potential superfight between Floyd and Pacquiao. That fight NEEDS to happen.
I would like Mosley to win because a fight between him and Pacquiao would be awesome also but its not on the same level as Floyd - Pacquiao.
Mayweather taking this match up has made up for his choice of Marquez in the last fight. Mosley is dangerous - as dangerous as Pacquiao.
For me, I can't see that Mayweather has the power in his punches to back Mosley up. So it comes down to, can he be elusive enough to keep Shane at bay? I am really unsure as to how this fight will go. I mean, Mosley is 39, it could be that father time catches up with him at last and Mayweather gets an easy victory - bearing in mind it's been 15 months since the last Mosley fight. There's a lot of variables here, it's certainly a tough fight to call.
However, Mayweather is a class apart, so I think he eeks out a tight decision. Still, I went with 'unsure'.
I would prefer Shane to win generally but for the sake of PAC vs Mayweather then Shane flooring Money but Money getting up & winning by decision could be satisfactory.
Shane, because Floyd's a classless asshole. One thing I always remember and admire about Shane was when he was being interviewed by Larry Merchant after losing in an undisputed world lt.-middleweight fight with Winky Wright. Merchant asked, 'Aren't you disappointed you turned down $12 million for another fight with Oscar instead of this dangerous fight?' ...'No,' Mosley answered. And I don't know the exact quote, but Shane said boxing was more about proving you were the best, and he wanted to fight the best fighter out there, to eliminate all opposition. That's why he fought Winky, at the time the most avoided man in the sport, instead of Oscar. Shane simply wanted to be the best. How many fighters can say that? If May wanted to really be the best at welter he'd have fought Margarito a couple years ago, he'd have fought Cotto...But nah, he fought Ricky Hatton. Nice.
i always root for floyd on anything other than a pac fight.
By the way of TKO it will be Mosley and if by the way of UD than may be Mayweather. But I love MOSLEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.
