i completely understand that floyd was the one trying to implement these blood tests. but is mannys ego so big that he cant agree to a simple blood test that ISNT implemented by the NSAC to make this fight happen. all manny has to do to make EVERYONE know beyond a shadow of a doubt he doesn't take PEDs is take this simple blood test. the fact that he won't do that, no matter who is asking him to take the tests, is suspicious.
