If Pacquiao vs the winner of Floyd vs Mosley doesn't happen, who would you like to be him fighting with? Please explain why. margarito probably, hes a big welterweight

Margarito vs Pacquiao at 147lbs Margarito is a cheater and has no license. Once he fights in Mexico against the wishes of everyone, he'll never get licensed in the U.S. again, PERIOD.

Willams has said over and over he can make 147 so why would that fight be at 154.
