Floyd's gonna have to impress to topple Manny. Floyd doesn't have any meaningful wins at Welterweight.

how is mosley #1 welterweight when THE RING has pacq rated #1 and mosley #2...besides, how do you rank the P4P KING in all of boxing behind somebody else in the same division? mosley had a hard time against mayorga, lost to cotto, and beat a flat footed margarito...while pac had an easy time, basically schooling delahoya, hatton, cotto, and clottey i like mosley, but i dont like the fact that he struggled against mayorga and lost to cotto...thats not the kind of result that comes from a #1 ranked welterweight not WW fights you talking about by the way flat footed maragrito was the #1 ww
