If the Paulie or the Mayweathers never accused Manny of PEDs, would u still at the moment think Manny was taking PEDs?
You don't want to know the answer.
If Mayweather didn't want the fight he wouldn't have offered the 14 day cut off.
Mayweather did want to fight Pac because of the money involved, but he obviously is scared of Pac, looking like a monster in his four previous outings, hence the extra drug testing. He couldn't believe that the pacman was able to do what he did and he's afraid that if he is on something that he'll(floyd) end up the same. If he's not afraid and truly believes in his skills, then PEDs or no PEDs, he would've fought him even without a single test.
What alot of yall don't get or don't care to understand is alot of peoples doubts in Manny has nothing at all to do with Mayweather sr. Yes Mayweather sr. put it out there he thought Manny was on PED's and a lot people was like damn maybe he is but fvck what Sr. is talking about. Then comes the back and forth about testing leading up the fight between PBF & Manny. That is where everything went wrong for Manny in many peoples eyes. Manny and his teams constant different dumb ass reasons as to why Manny couldn't or wouldn't take the tests is where majority of the doubt came from about Manny IMO. Even if you are a huge fan of Manny you have to be honest with yourself and say that Manny and his team did him a huge disservice with the way the released statements and conducted interviews about Manny and PED's.
I as a PBF fan has no idea if Manny is on PED's. I don't feel Manny has ever put on a performance where I thought is was so great that I should question if Manny uses PED's. But Manny and his teams constant changing of stories in regards to blood testing for PED's was strange and still is strange to me. I am still NOT saying I believe Manny is guilty.
Funny who would have thought, that when Mayweather Sr. made up the rumor, it would give Floyd a way out of fighting a dangerous fighter and at the same time give so many trolls at the nsb someting to start so many threads about.
great summary of excuses from trolls 2010.
You wouldn't care if he was on PED's or not just as long as your fantasy allegiance to him remained intact.
And you didn't care if he was on PED's or not before the Floyd fight fell apart. So I guess your fantasy allegiance is intact too. In other words, you and NOBODY else were saying Pac was juiced or calling for OST before even though many high profile boxers had already tested positive. Now you're all claiming to want to clean up the sport. This is exactly why I can't take you seriously. You NEED this excuse for Floyd, you don't really give a good god damn about anything else. If you did SOMEBODY would have been calling for this change before.

Read my earlier posts....I have been saying throughout the entire thread that I wanted him to take the test...
However, I never really got pissed when he refused(see my earlier posts)
sure, some people were pissed but the fact is, 51,000 still came to watch him...
Who cares who accused him of using Roids first, the problem is he refused testing, why do Pactards not get that some people are pissed cause he wont test!!!
Fixed......................
it does when it comes to his PUBLIC image. when his imagine takes a hit, so does his career like anyone else who is a celeb.
That's different
If a commision requires him and he doesn't undergo a test, he can't box in that location
If a court requires him and he refuses, he can go to jail
Despite all these accusations, people still watched his fight against clottey. His image is still intact....

That "public" sure as hell pay for his lifestyle.
Yes they do but they still don't bind him in any way.......Heck 51,000 came to watch him despite all the accusations.....At the end of the day, only a legal entity(a court of law or a boxing commission) has the right to force him to prove his innocence....
you are right. both he and floyd have the right to accept or decline whatever they want.
but in a era of PEDs and Roids, pac not agreeing to test then having countless conflicting statements coming from him and his team, people have the right to draw their own conclusions.
and this isnt a court of law, its the court of public opinion...guilty until proven innocent is the name of the game and how is works. whether right or wrong , its reality
The difference is, the so called court of public opinion doesn't bind manny in any way.....
I'm simply saying that manny doesn't need to do anything to prove his innocence since he is still innocent as far as legalities go...
The burden of proving falls on everyone who accused him of taking steroids...
In my personal opinion, manny should have taken the test...however, he also has every right to refuse the test....innocent until proven guilty...
Nobody ever said they know for a “fact” pac is using steroids he “suspected” of using steroids.
the context is well understood. that lawsuit will sit at the front step and again, there was no proof on shane. but the rumors got louder and louder until he folded under pressure and came clean.

It wasn't the accusations that made people think he's on something, it's the lame excuses so he could avoid the OST and walk away from massive money.
I don't think these Pactards understand what you're saying...it's Manny's fault for letting Arum and Roach talk---they said different stories which didn't match. Manny should've thrown his fears out the window and taken the tests none of this controversary would've happend. Period.
What testing did Jones, Vargas and Toney do?
What testing did Mosley do?
What testing do BBers do? Steroids are extremely easy to cycle out especially when you know the test date.
