Most likely probably from taking shots. He's had internal scar tissue removed from his nose, which was giving him breathing problems. I believe HBO said this before the Mayorga fight. This is why I don't get why some people will attempt to dog a fighter if they think he fights too defensively. All this crap takes a toll on you later on and the fans aren't the ones paying medical bills, or feeling the after effects.
