If there was a BCS in boxing, PBF would be Boise State, undefeated but not considered the best because PBF didn't always fight the best. If it were up to me I would rank Mosley over Mayweather on the P4P list because of a tougher schedule.

Judah Top WW?? Shit,I can't believe how the hype work... Zab's WW campain is getting tkoed by Cotto and Clottey and that's it. After losing to Baldomir, Judah lost his top welterweight in status. And in hindsight, Judah shouldn't have been a top welterweight losing to Cotto and Clottey. So, Mayweather could've fought someone better than Judah. Anyway my point is that Mayweather hasn't fought tough competition like a fighter like Cotto. But it's good to see Mayweather fight a top ww like Mosley. I hope I get to see Mayweather take more tough fights like against Manny, Paul Williams and others.

And Floyd called out Cotto at 140, they wanted none of Floyd. Same with Kostya Tszu. The only top fighters who stepped up to the plate were Castillo, Corrales and Judah. Even Pacquiao is ducking him and he's close to 33. That's how good he is.

I didn't say he ducked Cats in lower weights,just they were weak divisions,because guys like Castillo o Chico were in those divisions the bigger names. And Castillo beat Floyd once in my book. To me,Floyd is an untested cat, Manny is X times tested,Morales tested him the 1st fight,Barrera was a test and P4P number 3,Marquez AT 130 is a ****in hard test(good size,tough,fast,powerfull,accuate,smart with a great trainer).
