Isn't the PPV free in the Fillipines? So i guess it's not really pay per view lol. it's not free, you have to pay for it, call your Cable company(PPV) or go to mOvie houses to watch it live. the live fight starts at 9am and ends at 12noon here in Phil, if you're are going to watch it free on national tv, it has so many COMMERCIALS and you have to wait till 3pm to finish watching the fight and find out who's the winner.

there's about 4 million americans of filipino descent in the united states. i don't know how much it helps ppv buys as far as numbers go but when you have that many casual and hardcore fans that follow you , it's nothing but good. it's pretty safe to say the clear majority of filipino-americans follow or at least know manny. when 1 out of every 100 people in the u.s. know who you are or folow your fights as a boxer , that's damn good. think of how well star puerto rican fighters do , the number of pr's and pinoys in america are pretty similar in numbers. if only one every 100 of the 4M fil-ams buys a ppv its still a significant 400K ppvs
