I think he can. He's going to be competitive with anybody in the division, and after that last episode, you can guarantee there will be zero quit in him. 90% of the junior welters ain't even as good as Funeka, and a dead and drawn Campbell dogged him in the ring. And people act like Bradley was just drowning Nate, though I remember a shitload of punches thrown by Bradley, with very few landing. Nate's work is slow, but it has been proven to be effective.
Nate has always been a hot n' cold fighter, so who knows, he's very unpredictable in that sense, but taking in consideration the division he's in I really doubt it and if he goes to WW he's dead meat.
He has to pressure Ortiz through out.
Take him into deep waters and drown him.
But hes gonna have to take a lot of leather from a powerful JW to do it.
I don't see it. But I've learned never to count out the Galaxy Warrior.
can't make 135 anymore and is in a division in which he can't beat any of the elite fighters. So no, he will never become a world champ again. Only way is if he fights for a vacant title against another C class fighter. Bradley torched him and Ortiz will finish him off.
