What is your favorite type of fights to watch?

I love watching skilled boxers vs tough warriors with power. Favorite fighters to watch Pacquiao, Mayweather, Cotto, Martinez, Abraham, Ward, Bradley, Katsidas, Funeka, Mosley, D. Alexander, Darchinyan, Khan, Maidana, both Klitchko brothers, Arreola, Dawson, etc. I through some names in there because they are interesting to watch and see if they can go through adversity.

The MAB vs. Erik Morales 1 type of fight and The Vazquez vs. Marquez 1-2-3 type of fight.

Watching Urango-Alexander last night gave me an idea for the thread and I realized that is my favorite type of fight. The fights where you have the superior boxer and hes facing a guy with sick power. I was on the edge of my seat watching that fight because I was wondering when Urango was gon close the distance. Sounds like you like mismatches... Here me out.... As I watched that fight, all I could think was "when is Urango's corner going to stop it"??? Urango had no speed. No foot work. No answers....He did try, but I really don't favor fights like that. You can have all the power in the world, if you can't hit the guy, you will lose...Bad. That fight was sort of a mismatch. I prefer: Slick boxer vs boxer puncher.

i like watching a masterclass, i dont know y but i just love it when a boxer fights at the highest level and still looks in a differant league showcasing their skills the best they can

I like watching two guys, toe to toe, throwing punches, and thats my problem with ufc, i rarely ever see that. Vazquez vs Marquez, those re the types of fights i love. They are the type of fights that make boxing my favorite sport. Its always better when its guys with skill, like those 2 guys, they were both top 10 p4p guys and neither backed down and they both left everything in the ring.

fights where guys actually want to hurt eachother.hagler vs hearns/ali/fraser/ben/eubank any fights with knockout specilists, tua, valero, pacqquiao, the hawk jackson and ones where sylvester stallone kicks the shit out of much bigger guys while letting them hit him for the whole fight not even trying to dodge.

Brawler v brawler is always fun, but my favourite are fights were you have a boxer-puncher type fighter (highly skilled but offensive minded and dangerous) versus a straight tough as nails brawler.

Urango has pretty damn good pop in his punches. if he lands flush with everything behind you will go down. maybe against C level boxers..

i wouldnt say Urango has "sick power" my preferred type of fight would be something like a Manny vs Manny or Valero vs Valero kinda fight... anything but a Floyd vs Floyd kinda fight.... just sayin Urango has pretty damn good pop in his punches. if he lands flush with everything behind it you will go down.

Not really they are generally a jack of all trades but a master of none Yeah but if you only know boxing then u r incomplete as a fighter.

The type like Pac vs Cotto The BIG fights that SHOULD be made, the ones that HAVE to happen...and they are wars Hopefully the shane vs floyd will be just as good! Maybe abit more tactical but good!

Fights like Mosley-Cotto. Both guys using every weapon possible, all their skills and then some, in a very technique Manner BOOM :fing02:.....that was the last REAL WW classic btw!!

fight with no running, ducking, and avoiding punches. Just pure mano a mano brawl with knockdowns and bloodbath. ufc ???????
