In case he loses the fight, Then he would be able to get a legal opportunity to get back in there and try to revenge the loss.

Because he can, because he realises there's a reasonable chance he could lose, and because Mosley would settle for any deal to land a big fight.

Is the purse split included in the rematch clause as well? or no? Because this might be an issue later on.

To freeze Mosley out of a Pac fight if he loses and Pac has beaten Clottey. Not really. I would think it would depend on the wordings on the clause. If it says "immediate" then he can prevent a Mosley/Pac fight from happening. If not, Mosley can still fight Pac and then the rematch with Floyd.

Serious question. Did Floyd really ask for the rematch clause? I remember in a video him saying "If you do it right (win) the first time why do you need a rematch?" I'm paraphrasing of course but it was something along those lines.
