Pretty deep division... That uppercut he landed would have put any of the contenders on the seat of their pants. Im not sold on Alexander just yet. I need to see him against someone thats not moving straight at him and isnt there to be hit at will. he's right behind bradley. urango is a tough competitor and how devon stopped him was magnificient.

Are you drunk? Khan has not fought anyone of substance to be mentioned with Bradley and Alexander. Khan is fighting Paulie next because he is too scared to fight Maidana. Roach also realizes that the risk is too big. I'm not so sure that Khan is going to get past Paulie. 1. Pac 2. Bradley 3. Khan 4. Alexander

alexander is a very good fighter but he gets countered alot which i already knew but he really needs to fix that this is why i don't think he could fukk wit bradley but i believe he can beat anyone else at 140 Yea, I agree with you there.

this....and the shame of it all is "the rest" are the guys who have big HBO money behind them and none of them want anything to do with those guys. Bradley-Alexander would be another unfication bout for Devon.....to think he's younger than Amir Khan and Khan uses his age as an excuse not to fight the top guys smh. 23 year old unified champ, knocked out the iron twin very impressive. I agree I don't see anything wrong with taking it slow but the special fighters step it up a little faster especially when they have the name and impressive early victories that Kahn has.

Urango was getting hit pretty regular, and as the round wore on Alexander hit him with an uppercut that caused instant mental retardation in Urango and dropped him. He beat the count only to go down after a shot to the temple. The ref stopped it despite urango being up with his gloves in the air, but it was clear the beating would continue if it wasnt stopped. Urango is a plodder. He was a legit name and Alexander had the perfect gameplan for the fight. Devon has great technique, but nothing else about him is all that flashy. Good speed and decent pop will get you pretty far at 140 but not the top spot. Good speed and not-so-decent pop got Timothy Bradley at the top spot :dunno:

He is top 3 in the division without doubt. Where you put him in the top 3 is debatable. The 140 division is soo exciting right now. Bradley, Alexander, Khan, Ortiz, Maidana- put them in with each other!!

So he beat Urango? I missed the fight, my dad is no longer here so I don't have HBO or Showtime. I couldn't find a stream either. I wasn't too thrilled with that fight, Urango is a B- fighter.

Yea I did. It was Junior Witter. I dont consider JW even a gatekeeper anymore. Not with the talent at 140 right now. Im talking Bradley, Kahn, even Maidano. Guys whose feet arent going to leave the canvas when throwing a huge left hook with their eyes shut. =)
