Gist of it:
Valuev agrees on the fight. Probably May 29th.
Problem: Valuev is with Sauerland, and their TV partner is ARD. ARD can't afford the TV rights, since this TV program is not allowed to show commercials between rounds. Klitschko is with RTL, who will probably show the event (including commericals). So, Sauerland has to sort out the contract with ARD now. But "the TV rights should not be an obstacle".
Yes, Vitali needs some better names on his resummee.
But he'll be ATG. He probably already is HOF.
- He came back from 1,400 days off the ring thanks to injuries, aged 37.
- He had no warm-up-fight, he went straight for the belt.
- He did not only win against a younger opponent (who was considered a powerful and dangerous fighter BEFORE the fight), who had a lost only once in 31 fights,
- he made the word champion quit in his stool, destroyed physically and mentally.
- He fought against three more Top10 contenders within 14 months of his comeback, TKOing 2 and winning 12/12 in the last.
- Despite KJ, he still has the highest KO rating of all active HW boxers.
- Vitali lost two fights in his carreer, and both were to injuries, not to being knocked down or outboxed.
- His fight with Lennox Lewis drove the ATG into retirement.
What he did against Samuel Peter is impressive but doesn't make for Hall of Fame status. it was Samuel Peter. I repeat, Samual Peter.
Kevin Johnson? This joke is going from bad to worse.
Vitali is giving up 7 inches in height and 60 lbs in weight.
Using the logic of Haye fans that means if Vitali is smart he will run all night and pot shot 12 times per round.
 So true.
Fortunately for us, Vitali doesn't care about that. He'll go straight for Valuev!

Be careful, if you say good things about the Klitschkos he'll call you an alt too ;)

Give me your view on Vitali Klitschko as a fighter, I'm curious here. Don't hold back :lol1:
I have nothing against him. I think he's a very good fighter - could've been great. He's better than Wladimir IMO (although Wlad has a far better resume). I wish Vitali was around for all of those years he was away. But Hall of Fame? For what exactly? Beating Sam Peter? What other victim can he use to claim that? Sheer nonsense.
Vitali does not hit as hard as he did in 2003 anymore. He is a volume fighter. And, thanks to Valuev's reach, it will be difficult to land enough on the giant to topple him. Further, Valuev has never been KD or KOed before, IIRC.
Vitali wins, definitely. But KO? I doubt it. TKO is possible, though.
The ONLY reason this is happening is because Valuev is popular in Germany. Lets face it this guy is a bum and its ridiculous that they cant find a better guy for Vitali to fight.
But Valuev is immensely popular in Germany (even if its only for his size)
Let's face it, the other guys suck too.
Ugh shouldnt Wlad be fighting Valuev and Vitali be fighting Chambers?
No because afterwards we can chalk up both wins to both fighters and pretend they're great.
At the end of the day, the best fighter Vitali Klitschko has beaten is Sam Peter.
HOF?
I don't think so.
Will it be Vauev's pumpkin head at the end of Vitali's jab next?

Yes! Valuev is going to look like piñata in there. I'm sure Vitali wanted this fight to make a point about how Haye's win over Valuev is meaningless, when he utterly destroys the giant.
You search the thread, I already posted there and don't need to post anymore, since it was obvious you were making shit up. That's what you usually resort to when you get out of arguments? I don't know because I've been here for a short time, maybe lying has worked for you in the past?
Go play somewhere, I'm busy.
What ownage? Pull it up and show me. You're hilarious. I'm right here, go ahead.
Yeah, I'm sure you're glad. Chalk up another great win.

It might take Vitali a few rounds to find his range as he wont be used to punching up at such a tall fighter but after a few rounds he should take over and stop Valuev imo.
Hey, I'm idiot, what's up? Have you answered to the owneage I gave you in the other thread, or have not read it yet?
I'm glad the fight finally got made, Valuev is finally going to get an ass whooping.

Another "great" win for the "great" Vitali.
