How come we understand what Pacquiao says perfectly when he's talking about anything and everything but when it comes to PEDs he needs a translator? I agree with you 100% on that. Pacqiuao fans are quick to say he doesn't speak english good and make up other excuses when he doesn't articulate himself well about the steriod issue. So i say in their eyes they see this then his camp should see this. So hire him a translator to kill that awful excuse.
