Hell yeah, Lennox is not untouchable in the top ten but his career cements him as a top ten. I rank him as the third HW because he avenged alll his losses, beat all the challengers, stopped most of them. He has a who's who of HW from the end of the 80es til the beginning of the 2000.
Moreover, he had all the tools that make a great complete heavyweight: skills, a great jab, a right cross, good balance, footwork, power, heart and a good defense.
I'd pick him over any other HW except Ali or probably Holmes( too close to call)
Great post bro, I can't argue that....
I think Holmes is in the top 5... I have Holmes ahead of Lewis... Do you think a case could be made for the old timers like Jack Johnson or Jack Dempsey to be ahead of Lewis?

I don't think Johnson or Dempsey should be ahead of Lewis. Lewis has a better resume than both of them, and also, I feel that he was a better fighter.
Johnson had good defense, Dempsey was an all out brawler with killer power. But to me, Lewis was more complete.
Yes sir. Larry is top ten though.

Top 25 P4P and top 3 heavyweight. After the 2 untouchables ( Louis and Ali), Lennox is my third best HW, higher than Foreman and Liston.
Even higher than Larry Holmes?
Not just that...
he beated the following
Tyson
Evander Holyfield
David Tua
Hasim Rahman
Vitali Klitchsko
Ray Mercer
Tommy Morrison
Donovan Ruddock
Frank Bruno
Plus he Defeated EVERY opponent he faced...and yes including tyson...plus he won the HW Championship 3 Times...thats my reason :D
....And Michael Grant (undefetead at the time)
Shannon Briggs
Andrew Golota
Henty Akinwande (undefeated at the time)
Oliver McCall
Tony Tucker (post-prime)
