Who won the Cory Spinks-Ricardo Mayorga fight?

I know this fight is old, but here is my scorecard: Round 1: Mayorga 10-9 Round 2: Spinks 10-9 Round 3: Mayorga 10-9 Round 4: Spinks 10-9 Round 5: 9-9 Even (Mayorga had a point deducted but won the round) Round 6: Spinks 10-9 Round 7: Mayorga 10-9 Round 8: Mayorga 10-9 Round 9: Spinks 10-9 Round 10: Mayorga 10-9 Round 11: 9-9 Even (Mayorga had a point deducted but won the round) Round 12: Mayorga 10-9 = 114-112 in favor of Ricardo Mayorga. Mayorga got two point deductions, but I felt he still won those rounds, especially the 5th round, that was all Mayorga. Mayorga knocked Spinks down in the 12th, but the ref ruled it a slip. I thought it was a legit knockdown. Close fight, but Mayorga deserved the win IMO.
