gREEN k always appreciated :) This is a good watch! Awesome.....this shows proper timing and speed bag work. I love the way Freddie worked on the bag other than just hitting it with rhythm. The way he would work angles and bob and weave in correlation with the swing/pendulum and then finish it off with a crisp left hook. This is how I understood how he taught Pacquiao the RIGHT HOOK (opposite to the orthodox left jab-right cross boxer). Pacquiao used to be a strictly, jab-double right jab-left cross fighter. Now he is one of the more complete punchers in the ring. Pacquiao's right hook timing, the right uppercut and of course, the left uppercut. Thanks!
