Neither fighter can come in over weight, though if Floyd does, he'll give the opponent a little extra money. In the case of a dangerous top-ranked welterweight, Floyd may fight a lightweight, junior welterweight, or senior citizen AT ANY TIME. And before I forget to tell ya, Jim, in the case of a close fight, the FAC can test randomly(at Floyd's discretion) throughout the championship rounds. JIM Renamed to the PBJAC
