What's new on the antonio margarito situation?

It has already been more than a year and they still haven't came up with a final decision on his license! They need to either give margarito back his license or deny him so he can go continue fighting in mexico because he did his time and they still aren't giving him his license back! They've taken too long and they need to make a decision quick before margarito does go fight in mexico!!! i dunno whether i want them to give him a second chance or have him banned for life tbh...but if i was a judge i would let him back in as long as the following is done 1)Hand Wraps and Gloves Are Checked Just Before Fight And After Fight 2)Blood Tests Before Fight To Make Sure He Isnt Using Steroids Etc Or Any Other Illegal Substances,PEDs etc etc 3)A Big Fine for using Plaster Of Paris In His Wraps..

no @ kali08- the final decision was that he is suspended indefinitely but can resubmit after a year's time. @ny123- they have someone in place but I am not sure if I can say I will say though it is not Capetillo @warriors09- May 8th is the date if they dont think the appeal will happen otherwise he is looking to fight in the US still nice hope he gets back before it so
