i think its obvious that calzaghe has the better resume.... with wins over lacy, hopkins, jones JR, kessler, eubank.. those are better wins then mayweathers wins over judah, baldomir, de la hoya, marquez and a hatton that was moving up in weight because floyd was too scared to fight him at 140....
i am being serious... also jones JR, hopkins, kessler, lacy and eubank.. those are better wins then judah (LOL), baldomir (LOL) gatti (LOL) a hatton who was moving UP.... and castillo? floyd lost that fight.... i know he won the rematch but he clearly lost the first fight.... a fat piss drinking marquez???..... yeah.. calzaghes resume is much better....
Are you dumb?
Hernandez
Castillo
Corralles
Oscar
Are better then anyone Joes ever fought.
to be fair.. that was because many americans hated Joe.... they were biased... Joe could easily have been p4p #1 after wins over jones JR and hopkins...
Good one. He was #2 behind Pacquiao when he retired. Are you seriously suggesting he should have moved ahead of Pacquiao based on his win over Jones?
Dude are you serious or are you just trolling? Why dont you give a detailed breakdown of their resumes and then argue your point.

Do you think that fight will happen?
yes, there is so much money in it that i cant see how it wont happen
to tell you the truth im sure mayweather and pacquioa (more so roach) really arent that bothered about facing each, that has become clear, but like i said boxing is a business as much as it is sport (especially when 'money' mayweather is involved) so the fight will definitly happen.unless clottey or mosley pulls off an upset
you dont know shit... youre on mayweathers nuts.... calzaghe has a better resume and p4p beats mayweather by ud...
Calzaghe's never been P4P#1...he doesn't know what that is...
when calzaghe was active i was a huge fan and still am i think he is a legend and his resume is underated he may not have fought top names all his career but a lot of the fighters he fought were tough and risky, the sheer fact joe had the commitment to keep going and trying hard is unbeleivable wen the people he was fighting were fights where he had nothiing to gain and everything to lose. Even though eubank was old joe was equally unprimed having only 22 fights which is amazing to beat someone as experianced and class as eubank tht early was a great win alone....
However to look at names alone on their records floyds is clearly the most recognizably impressive with wins over huge names at many weight classes.
thats why i pick floyd hands down.
i'm using floyd's logic 0 losses > anyone w/ losses
so calzaghe 44-0 >>> mayweather 40-0
no matter what logic you use... calzaghe has the better resume...

Its obvious to everyone Joe Calzaghe has a better resume beating better fighters. But Floyd has more weight classes to his name.
It has been argues that Corrales is Floyds best win and that says it all. JC beat highly p4p rated BH in america. And that is more of a challenge than PBF has ever had.
I got to go with Mayweather on this..
I think Joe “Calslappy” Calzaghe was fighting bums and then went to retire after beating an overrated Lacy and two old HOF in Hopkins and Jones…
Cotto beat Judah easier, Pac beat ODLH and Hatton easier.
I don't know a KO doesn't always mean easier Cotto was hurt bad in that judah fight while floyd dominated Judah for 9 straight rounds. But pac did beat ODLH and hatton easier but then again pac beat DLH at 147 with 8 ounce gloves while floyd beat him at 154 while weighing 4 lbs under the limit and 10 ounce gloves soooooo.... and also pac beat hatton with the virtually the same punch so the argument that floyd laid the blueprint is a reasonable one just thought i'd add those facts.
How can any1 hate on floyd and be a calzaghe fan at the same time. You and every1 here knows the answer. Its like comparing your album with one of 2pacs albums.
Beating a Shot(Roy Jones), Old(Hopkins), and 1 good opponent(Kessler)
Propels Calzaghe's legacy above Mayweather who actually beat people who were in their prime(Castillo, Hatton, Corrales). Where the hell is the logic?
P4P?!!!!
because there's honestly no contest in the resume's right now, and Mayweather's resume is only going to get better after he touches gloves with Mosley, Pacquiao, and potentially whomever is available at Welter Weight, be it an Andre Berto, potentiall Paul Williams. Or maybe even an Amir Khan and Saul Alvarez down the line.
And I gotta slightly apologize for talking about FANTASY fights, but its lunacy to compare a retired fighters resume to an active fighters resume, when the retired fighters resume wasn't even better prior to retiring.
