If Pacquiao loses to Clottey, how far does he get demoted in your ATG list?

I don't think he drops at all, Clottey is a very tough welterweight he easily comes into the ring as a super middleweight. It would probably be a case of Pac finally running into someone just too big.

Clottey the guy who had to cheat against & lost to Baldomir is 1 of the biggest hype jobs Arum has ever pulled off. He is built for Pacs style & has no chance of beating a very good fighter like Pac. If he loses to a punching bag tailor made for him wipe his ass off the list. this cant be serious is pac fighting michael jennings? how can you watch boxing and still not give clottey credit as a top 5 ww the guy has fought one of the toughest ww resumes. he has had better oppositon then both mayweather and pac at this weight and has never been dominated and arguably fought a closer fight with cotto then did mosley. clottey is a world class opponent who is a more then solid name on any ww resume as a win and if you believe that pac clottey is a mismatch you are only complimenting pac because up to now no one vs clottey has been a mismatch

God nsb is terrible. Mdk is the only one with a good answer on here. Horus and burner are so dumb they couldn't read the question right. I like how transparent burner is, trying to say how tailor made clottey is before the fight. To begin with, the ts is obviously a kid or something with that question. No one fight can crush a man like pac's resume. Just like a crushing loss to Floyd would not affect shane's overall resume. Now if Floyd gets ko'd, it's a different story because he has a history of going for the soft touches, but if he beats Shane, he goes a long way to assuring he is in the atg conversation.

Not at all. 7 division titles, 4 lineal titles. No man in history has ever done that. Pac's legacy as an ATG is sealed even if Clottey sparks him in round 1.

Huge upset, but I would only compare it to Lennox Lewis shocking loss to Rahman, his stock wont lessen even if he losses.

If there was ever an tailor made opponent for Pacquiao it is Clottey, so to me it would seriously demote him down the list...

He drops a bit, but it all depends on what happens after. He should rematch and win big to climb back in top 5, but if he retires he's out top 50.
