ESPN poll: 52% believe Mayweather wins, 47% think Mosley wins

30,000 extra votes since this thread was made, and still close 52% 46% now.

Because it's a great matchup. First real welter Floyd has faced in years and perhaps the toughest challenge of his career. He's going to be tested in a major way and he WILL be hit.

Draw i Presume, its very close poll as i thought it would be. i think it floyd will win a UD and only drop a few rounds because he isnt a aggresive fighter. i do think about 10% of those votes are haters on floyd also. Even though anything can happen in boxing i still see Mayweather a clear favourite, Some people are saying Mosley is a more dangerous fight for Mayweather than a Pacquiao fight which i totally disagree with.

i hope the odds at the bookies reflect this poll. Anyone know of hand what they are? Cant be assed looking them up now. I'll only end up backing a horse that wont win with the money in my account if i look them up

People are also looking at Mosley's last fight against Margarito but this fight is going to be nothing like that. Just look at all the trouble Mosley had right before that with Mayorga and earlier with Cotto. Mayweather should win. I was surprised with Mayorga, I thought it would have ended sooner but I thought the Cotto fight was closer than the scoring, I thought it was pretty close to being even.
